Sneakers QC workflow
Measure an insole you already wear and compare to seller charts. Ask for tape-measure photos when sizing is unclear. Decide box-on vs box-off before parcel submit.
- Prioritise rows with recent QC dates.
- Recalculate freight after warehouse weights update.
- Keep QC images until delivery for claims.
